Warranty Policy

Terms and conditions of the TakTark limited guarantee.

  • Nothing in this warranty purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, exclude or suspend any mandatory warranty requirements provided or non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the law.
  • Your TakTark product will be covered for 12 months from the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later), subject to the terms of the warranty. The warranty period for product accessories coming with the product such as chargers, cables, or batteries is 6 months. However, indispensable legal rights of the consumer under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by the terms of the warranty.
  • If a product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge. Our customer support team may ask you to return your product when you submit a warranty claim. This claim will help our Quality Assurance engineering team to receive and analyze the defective product for quality control purposes.
  • TakTark will continue to provide warranty services for any necessary replacement parts and accessories for 3 months following the date of replacement or for the remaining period of the product warranty, whichever is longer.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
